In Samsara Saga, the world shifts as time passes. As the day turns to night, you may notice changes in behavior from enemies and allies alike, including yourself.
And, perhaps, there is something more to the Darkness.

Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.

From clear skies to punishing storms, weather drastically affects traversing and fighting within different places. It's up to you to prepare yourself ahead of imminent danger, lest you be a victim of a sudden Heat Wave, blinded by Fog, or frozen by a Blizzard.

Master the Market

Buy low, sell high, and make your fortune. Here, supply and demand are built by the players themselves, and everyone can be a merchant: found a powerful weapon or some rare material, but no longer have a use for it? List it. After all, one player's trash is another's treasure.

  • What is Samsara Saga?

    Samsara Saga is an upcoming online multiplayer RPG set in a world of adventure. It is designed around social-first interactions, extensive character customization, robust item progression, and a player-led economy.

  • When can I play?

    We're still in active development and not yet open to the public. Several playtests are planned ahead of launch; join our Discord and subscribe to our Newsletter to be notified of when they go live.

  • How are you funding this? Do you accept donations?

    As we're currently maintaining the project going without funding and everyone in the team does this in their spare time, we don't want to set unrealistic expectations. As such, we cannot, in good conscience, accept donations while we are in this stage of the project. Once the closed alpha is completed, we plan on creating a crowdfunding campaign to get the project further along in development.

  • What platforms will it be on?

    Samsara Saga will be released on Steam and is being built as a PC-first experience, with support for both Mouse+Keyboard and Game Controllers.

  • Why an MMORPG?

    Over time, we saw games fail, succeed, but never felt any of them recaptured the moment that created our fascination with the genre. Perhaps trying to recapture that spark is a fool's errand, but we seek to find out the answer ourselves.
